LADJ the Movie

It was 2003 and DJ culture was at a fever-pitch. This movie about a couple of Los Angeles-based DJs needed a website that matched the energy and tomfoolery depicted throughout the film. In this all-Flash video and animation-based experience, everything anyone wanted to know or learn about the film's stars, brothers Tim Scarne and Thomas Ian Nicholas was available, as well as bunch of fun goodies to download like screensavers and mp3s.

We turned every button, click and animation into full sensory overload. Each page transitioned to the sights and sounds of a beer being poured to fill the screen because, as Thomas Ian Nicholas says in the movie, "there's nothing like warm beer."

This site was as functional as it was fun. All of the content was updated regularly and managed via CMS by the client.
